At Reboxx, we stand behind the quality of our Gaming & Assembled PCs & electronics. We provide a comprehensive warranty to ensure your peace of mind against functional defects.
1. Warranty Period
New Gaming & Assembled PCs
All eligible PCs and laptops sold by Reboxx include a limited warranty of up to 3 years, starting from the date of delivery, as specified on the product page and invoice.
New Accessories
Generic accessories and third-party products are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, where applicable, as specified in the product description.
2. Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage conditions.
Assessment-Based Resolution
Following a technical assessment of the reported issue, Reboxx may, at its discretion:
- Repair the defective product;
- Replace the defective component or product with an equivalent item; or
- Provide an alternative resolution where repair or replacement is not reasonably possible.
Or
· Reboxx will help buyers identify and approach the nearest authorized brand service center for warranty and service assistance, wherever applicable.
Shipping Costs
For approved warranty claims, Reboxx will bear the reasonable shipping cost for returning the repaired or replacement product to the customer.
3. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage, accidental damage, drops, cracks, dents, or liquid damage.
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper handling, power fluctuations, electrical surges, or use outside recommended operating conditions.
- Software-related issues, malware, virus infections, operating system corruption, data loss, or unauthorized software modifications.
- Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, upgrades, modifications, or tampering with warranty labels or seals.
- Consumable components subject to normal wear and tear, including batteries, unless defective upon delivery.
- Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product functionality.
- Accessories not covered by the stated warranty period.
- Products purchased through unauthorized sellers or resellers.
Non-Transferable Warranty
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.
4. How to Claim Warranty

Technical Support
Our support team may provide initial troubleshooting assistance via phone, email, or remote guidance to help diagnose the issue.
Service Process
If further inspection is required, customers will receive instructions for sending the product to our service facility in Navi Mumbai.
Turnaround Time
We aim to complete warranty repairs or authorize replacements within 7–10 business days after receipt of the device, subject to parts availability and the nature of the issue.
5. Post-Warranty Support
Even after the warranty period has expired, Reboxx remains committed to supporting its customers.
We continue to provide complimentary technical guidance via email and phone for the operational life of the product to assist with basic troubleshooting and configuration-related queries.
