At Reboxx, we value your trust and strive to deliver the best in quality and value. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund as per the conditions outlined below.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • Most orders are processed within 24 hours.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, gifts, or freebies (if any).

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products with a tampered or broken warranty seal.
  • Products damaged due to power surges, misuse, or improper handling.
  • Products that have been used, opened, modified, or have missing parts.

Refund Process

  • Before Shipment Cancellation: Refunds are processed within 24 business hours.
  • After Shipment / Return Received: Refunds are processed within 3–4 business days after inspection at our warehouse.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer within 3–4 business days after valid bank details are provided.

Refunds will generally be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.


Reverse Shipping

  • If the product delivered is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect, Reboxx will bear the reverse shipping cost and issue a full refund or replacement, subject to verification.
  • If the return is due to customer-related reasons (such as change of mind, incorrect product selection, refusal of delivery, or unavailability during delivery), the customer shall bear the applicable return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, please email us immediately at support@reboxx.in.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to update the address if the order has not yet been shipped.
  • Once dispatched, the shipping address cannot be modified.
  • Reboxx shall not be responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
