Reboxx Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping with Reboxx. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipping Coverage
Currently, Reboxx ships exclusively within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing & Handling Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
- Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (IST)
- Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
- Operating Days: Monday to Saturday
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Orders above ₹499: Free Standard Shipping
- Orders below ₹499: Flat ₹99 Shipping Fee
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Tier 1 Cities: 3–4 business days
- Other Regions: 4–7 business days
- North-East & Rest of India : 6–9 business days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or high shipping volumes.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking details.
Tracking information generally becomes active within 24 hours of shipment.
5. Damages, Loss, and Delivery Issues
While we take great care in securely packaging all products, transit-related issues may occasionally occur.
If you receive a damaged product, an incorrect item, or if your shipment appears lost in transit, please contact support@reboxx.in within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.
To help us process your claim quickly, please:
- Retain all original packaging materials.
- Take clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- Provide your order number and a description of the issue.
We will coordinate with the courier partner and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact support@reboxx.in immediately.
- Address changes may be possible before shipment.
- Once an order has been dispatched, shipping details cannot be modified.
- Reboxx shall not be liable for delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
